1. Account Terms

5.1. We currently ship to locations within India, unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment or order confirmation.
5.3. Estimated delivery time is 5-9 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, courier, weather, holidays, logistics conditions, and other circumstances.
5.4. Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
5.5. Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided through Email/SMS
5.6. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after dispatch.
5.7. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect or incomplete addresses, natural events, government restrictions, public holidays, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5.8. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6.2. Unless otherwise stated, eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
6.3. Products must generally be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, together with any applicable accessories, tags, manuals, or other included items.
